Directions for Use:

For best results, use after a body exfoliation treatment - either with a dry brush, or try Alchemilla's Body Exfoliating Gel Concentrate. Dispense a small amount of Juniper Energizing Body Rub into the palm of the hand. Rub hands together to warm the oil (and release the aromatic molecules) then apply to the problem area using firm, circular strokes, directing the strokes towards the heart.
