We endeavour to have all of our products available and in stock, or to advertise otherwise, 100% of the time.

In the unusual circumstance that an item you order is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the item. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item unless it is shipped to you. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, pleaseCONTACT US and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that the remaining items in your order will be processed and shipped as usual and backordered items will be sent to you, free of any additional shipping costs, in a separate shipment.

Changing Your Order

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

- Item(s) not available;
- Difficulting in processing payment information;
- Cannot ship to address provided;
- Duplicate order was placed.

After you have clicked "Send My Order", your order begins to process and you cannot cancel or change your order.* Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.

*Note: You may only cancel your order if you receive an email notifying you that:

• One or more items in your order is on backorder (you may only cancel the backordered items). PleaseCONTACT US immediately if you wish to cancel these items.
• We are unable to process your payment information. PleaseCONTACT US immediately if you receive our advice regarding this and you wish to cancel your order.
