Cold pressed fruit peel.

Mandarin (also known as Tangerine) essential oil has a gentle tonic effect on digestion and is one of the safest essential oils for children and to use during pregnancy.

Massage abdomen with well-diluted Mandarin essential oil for colic and flatulence (organic olive oil is an excellent medium).

Mandarin is a calming and gently uplifting mood perfume.

Use this Essential Oil for:

Composition:
The main chemical constituents of mandarin essential oil include: a-pinene, a-thujone, b-pinene, camphene, citronellal, geranial, limonene, linalool, myrcene, nerol, sabinene.

Blends well with:
Lemon Essential Oil, Geranium Essential Oil, Lavender Essential Oil, Neroli Essential Oil.

Phototoxic Effects of Mandarin Essential Oil

If this essential oil is to be used in a leave-on topical product (eg. body lotion, massage oil), the maximum concentration recommended by the International Fragrance Association (IFA) (bergamot, orange, mandarin, lemon, grapefruit) is up to 0.5%, depending upon concentration of terpenes.

For example, if you have 30 grams of skin lotion or carrier oil, up to a maximum of 1.5 grams of citrus essential oil is considered safe by the IFA*.
